Maple candies with custom boxes

The Lyme School Maple Works crew is wrapping up a very exciting and productive first year of sugaring. Thanks to our friendly neighbors and diligent sugar makers, the Maple Works crew has processed over a hundred gallons of sap. We've made syrup and maple candies, and have sampled at various stages along the way.

The group has recently been practicing the delicate art of candy making. We are preparing to make a large donation of maple candies and custom wooden boxes to be donated to the Lyme Food pantry.

The buckets will be coming down soon and we'll be wrapping up this sugaring season, while excitedly making plans for next year. We're dreaming of how nice it would be to have a sugar house.
