LYME SCHOOL

The Lyme School Maple Works crew was ready to spring into action this week as temps were  favorable for collecting sap from our neighborhood network of trees. Student were actively engaged in all stages of syrup making, from collecting, storing, filterings, boiling and sampling along the way. It was a sweet surprise that the temps were so warm this week, and we're looking forward to even sweeter times ahead.
