Memorial to the Bombing of Dresden

The 8th Grade finished up their study of WW2 by creating a memorial to one aspect of the Second World War that they felt should be remembered.  They conducted research, wrote an informational essay educating classmates on their event/person and finally created a memorial to their event complete with a plaque connecting their event to the Elie Wiesel quote from his Nobel Peace Prize acceptance speech:

"If anything can, it is memory that will save humanity."
