PE in the Middle School

With a new school year, students have a new schedule and some changes, however, what has remained consistent is their enthusiasm for PE!   Our class time is split between fitness activities fitness and sport activities and students are busy. While focusing on the enhancement of their skills in soccer and ultimate frisbee, middle school students have the opportunity to improve their fitness level. Classes begin with a circuit devoted to fitness and then we move into a sport activity which allows students to work cooperatively with teammates. 

Students are building their eye-hand and eye-foot coordination, as well as taking responsibility for their own fitness. 

I am so fortunate to have students who take their fitness seriously, work hard, value teamwork, and maximize their PE time to have an “ultimate” experience.
