In honor of Veterans Day the third grade composed letters to veterans thanking them for their service to our country. Each student wrote a letter of thanks to a family member, a local Lyme resident, or to a veteran at the VA hospital in White River Junction, Vermont.
The third grade wanted to express their gratitude to these brave men and women who are serving or have served our country. Monday, November 11th is Veterans Day and a national holiday to honor our veterans and the third grade wanted to take this opportunity to let those who serve or have served our country know that they are truly appreciated.
