LYME SCHOOL

The first grade has started their own writing club within our class! They named themselves 'The Writing Animals'. We have spent the last few weeks learning about the features of narrative writing and using what we have learned to enhance our stories. First graders are very excited about their writing! They have done an especially great job of conferencing with their peers about their stories. During these conferences, they share their work and listen to feedback or ideas that their partner may have. We are striving to develop and create our stories with more details through our illustrations and words.
