Student Conduct, Discipline and Due Process
Safe School Zone
The Lyme School Board recognizes the right of the Lyme School
to establish disciplinary procedures in accordance with RSA
193:13 and RSA 193-D through the development of administrative
procedures which are approved by the Superintendent of Schools
or his/her designee. Due process and equal protection of the
law shall be afforded to any pupil involved in a proceeding,
which may result in suspension, exclusion, or expulsion. Students
expelled from school may be reinstated by the Board under
the provisions of RSA 193:13.
