Class Size


The School Board endorses an optimum class instructional section size of 15-20 students.

In planning for budgets, classroom needs, and staff recruitment, the administration will regard the following section maximums as guidelines for decisions:

Kindergarten 20
Grades 1-2 22
Grades 3-8 25

The School Board reserves the right to decide all questions regarding the number of students assigned to each instructional group in the school.
