Support Personnel Evaluation And Supervision
Support personnel will be supervised and will have a written
performance appraisal by the administration which will take
place annually or more frequently if necessary.
Formal written evaluations should be discussed. Such evaluations
should include accomplishments, the results of observations
and supervisory dialogue, as well as suggestions for continuous
improvement.
