Support Personnel Compensation
Initial wage rates shall be recommended by administration
and voted by the School Board. Initial compensation decisions
will take into account the responsibilities of the position,
the qualifications needed, past experience of the individual,
district budget, and comparability within the district.
Annual wage rate adjustments shall be voted by the School
Board following recommendation by administration.
