Personnel Records
It is the policy of Lyme School District that personnel records
of all applicants, employees, and past employees of the Lyme
School District be maintained by the Superintendent of Schools.
All such personnel records will be confidential and subject
to review/access only in accordance with federal and state
law.
The Superintendent and/or the Superintendent's designee shall
have responsibility for the personnel system and shall develop
personnel records guidelines and make them available to all
employees.
