Compliance with Health, Fire, and Safety Regulations
It shall be the policy of the School Board to comply with
directives and regulations promulgated by federal, state,
and local officials concerning the operation and maintenance
of school facilities and programs.
The Superintendent or designee shall ensure a plan is in place
to accomplish at least an annual review at the beginning of
each school year of all new directives and regulations, existing
practices and procedures, and other concerns regarding health,
fire, and general safety.
