Compliance with Health, Fire, and Safety Regulations
It shall be the policy of the School Board to comply with
health, fire, and safety directives and regulations promulgated
by federal, state, and local officials concerning the operation
and maintenance of school facilities and programs.
The Superintendent or designee shall ensure a regular review
of all new directives and regulations, existing practices
and procedures, and other concerns regarding health, fire,
and general safety.
