State and Federal Aid
The Superintendent is authorized to sign and file applications
for federal, state or local programs, grants and/or aid which
may be applicable to the school district, and to otherwise
act as the representative of the Board and/or District in
connection with these programs.
The Board reserves the right to approve, in advance, any new
programs or major changes to existing programs for which Federal
or State or local Funds may be requested.
