Single District School Administrative Unit (SAU 76)
As the Lyme School District is a single district school administrative
unit (SAU 76), in accordance with RSA 194-C:3 and RSA 194:1-a,
the Lyme School Board is also the SAU Board.
Wherever these policies refer to a "Superintendent,"
the term should be regarded as synonymous with a "District
Administrator" or other chief administrative/executive
officer for the Lyme School District and/or SAU 76, in accordance
with regulations of the New Hampshire Department of Education.
