Board Members Present: Board members Hayes Greenway, Sam Levey, Elizabeth Glenshaw, Alicia Willette, Pinky Tullar, Heidi Lange.  Administrator Jeff Valence.

1. Call to Order
Chair Glenshaw called the meeting to order at 7:22 PM.

2. Business Requiring Action
The School Board met to review nominations for the following open positions in the district: Business Officer, 5th Grade Teacher, Lower School SPED Teacher, Middle School SPED Teacher.


3. Nonpublic Session
A motion was made and seconded (Alicia Willette, Pinky Tullar) to enter nonpublic session in accordance with NH RSA 91-A:3 II to address personnel matters. The motion passed unanimously. The roll call was conducted and the Board entered nonpublic session at 7:25 PM.

The public meeting was reconvened at 8:58 PM.

A motion was made and seconded (Alicia Willette, Sam Levey) to approve the nomination of Janet Mitchell as Business Manager for the Lyme School District. The motion was passed unanimously.

A motion was made and seconded (Hayes Greenway, Alicia Willette) to approve the nomination of Kelly Kuolt as 5th Grade Teacher for the Lyme School. The motion was passed unanimously.

A motion was made and seconded (Hayes Greenway, Alicia Willette) to approve the nomination of Stephanie Kocurek as Middle School Special Ed Teacher for the Lyme School. The motion was passed unanimously.

A motion was made and seconded (Pinky Tullar, Hayes Greenway) to approve the nomination of Sarah McBride as 0.5 FTE Lower School Special Ed Teacher and 0.5 FTE Paraprofessional for the Lyme School. The motion was passed unanimously.

A motion was made and seconded (Sam Levey, Alicia Willette) to approve the nomination of Betsy Hutchins as special reading Paraprofessional for the Lyme School District. The motion was passed unanimously.

4.  Adjournment
A motion to adjourn was made and seconded (Hayes Greenway, Alicia Willette).  The motion was passed unanimously.  The meeting adjourned at 9:09 PM.
