Chair Peter Glenshaw called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
Peter Glenshaw and Kathy McGowan discussed a meeting about budget with two community members. They presented the same material that was given to the public at the public forum on November 29, 2007. Peter observed that the Board still had political and perceptual challenges to overcome. He observed that people do not understand Special education, for example.

At 8:30, Kathy McGowan moved to approve a budget of $4,595,000. Kevin Kerin seconded the motion. The motion was approved.
