Lyme School District policy specifically prohibits discrimination and harassment based on gender, race, color, religion, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability. This prohibition extends to all interpersonal relations among adults and children on school property and at school sanctioned events. It also extends to the hiring and assignment of personnel and the provision of educational programs and services equally to all children.
